This is where you come in. We are scaling our EU team and seeking an Account Manager for our Copenhagen office.
As an Account Manager at Dreamdata, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling. You will serve as the primary commercial point of contact and overall relationship owner for our EMEA and APAC clients, ensuring their success and maximizing the value they receive from our platform.
This is a hybrid role, in office at our Central Copenhagen Office located at Kalvebød Brygge. We require a minimum of 3 days each week in office. No exceptions for a full-time remote environment.
