Account Manager

Founded by ex-Trustpilot product and engineering leaders starting in 2019 after building the platform internally, Dreamdata is now taking the complex world of B2B marketing by storm by helping marketing leaders optimize and connect their efforts across all marketing channels to real revenue - something that wasn't fully possible until now.

With product market fit achieved, Dreamdata is experiencing over 100% YoY growth. To maintain this momentum, we are expanding our team to further empower our customers and ensure their success. This is where you come in. We are scaling our EU team and seeking an Account Manager for our Copenhagen office.

As an Account Manager at Dreamdata, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling. You will serve as the primary commercial point of contact and overall relationship owner for our EMEA and APAC clients, ensuring their success and maximizing the value they receive from our platform.

This is a hybrid role, in office at our Central Copenhagen Office located at Kalvebød Brygge. We require a minimum of 3 days each week in office. No exceptions for a full-time remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews with clients.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns, escalating issues as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product and Customer Success to ensure client success.
  • Provide strategic support to clients, focusing on maximizing their return on investment.
  • Monitor client platform usage and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations and detailed performance reports.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our CRM system.
