About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and proactive Senior DevOps Engineer to join our product team and help advance our continuous integration and deployment initiatives. This role requires exceptional technical expertise in building product artifacts and delivering software upgrades along with deep knowledge of automation frameworks and deployment pipelines. You will design and maintain build systems that enable developers to rapidly build and test features, ensuring fast feedback loops and seamless delivery of our cybersecurity products. You must foster a culture of quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across multiple engineering teams, partnering closely with them to drive best practices and implement a unified deployment strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
• Implement technical initiatives to improve deployment velocity and system reliability
• Partner with platform and infrastructure teams to optimize build and release processes, especially for systems delivering critical threat intelligence
• Champion best practices in development, testing, security, and deployment automation
• Contribute to system design, implementation, and incident response with a focus on process improvement
• Drive adoption of modern CI/CD tools and industry standards
• Support production deployments and incident response
• Stay up-to-date with emerging DevOps tools and practices

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on CI/CD and DevOps engineering experience
• Expertise in CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Proficient in infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
• Knowledge of artifact management and package tooling (e.g., Artifactory, Linux pkg managers, cargo, go build, npm, Maven/Gradle)
• Experience with certificate management (PKI, x.509, TLS/SSL)
• Strong understanding of branching strategies (GitHub Flow, Git Flow) and tag-driven pipeline execution
• Familiar with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)
• Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Makefile)
• Experience working on cross-functional product teams
