✨ About The Role
- The Revenue Operations Specialist will play a critical role in aligning and optimizing sales and marketing processes, systems, and data to drive revenue growth
- Responsibilities include managing and optimizing revenue automation platforms, designing lead scoring and nurturing programs, and analyzing marketing and sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- The role involves collaborating with sales, customer success, and finance teams to ensure alignment and coordination, as well as participating in regular revenue team meetings to provide updates and insights on marketing operations
- The ideal candidate will have experience working within a high-growth, early-stage environment and have built out automation flows within a revenue software stack
⚡ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing/Sales Ops, or a similar role
- Proficiency in revenue automation platforms and CRM systems, along with excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently, make decisions with minimal supervision, and thrive in a dynamic environment with dynamic objectives
