As a Manager of the IT Platform Services team, you'll lead the teams that keep us running at scale. From network infrastructure and enterprise platforms to core internal systems, you'll drive reliability, performance, and service excellence across our technology stack. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll shape technical direction, elevate team performance, and deliver secure, scalable solutions that power our business every day. In this role, you'll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering cross-functionally to turn operational challenges into innovation.
Lead and grow a team of specialists across platforms, infrastructure, and networking while setting clear technical direction and team goals.
Own the reliability, scalability, and performance of core IT systems through lifecycle upgrades, capacity planning, and system governance.
Translate complex business needs into secure, scalable solutions and ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
Drive excellence in incident, change, and request management to support operational stability and efficiency.
Manage vendor partnerships, contracts, and tooling needs across your operational domain.
Monitor KPIs, enforce SLAs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across processes and service delivery.
At least 4 years managing enterprise IT platforms, including 3 years leading high-performing teams and relevant education.
Experience driving reliability and scalability in a cloud-first, high-growth environment.
Proficiency with automation tools, scripting languages, or integration frameworks used in IT operations.
Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and security frameworks like GDPR or SOX.
