Shared Services Senior Finance Manager

DP World is hiring a Shared Services Senior Finance Manager to oversee finance operations across Oceania cluster. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Credit Management, and Cash Application, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of all transactional finance services.

You will play a key role in improving and standardising processes, strengthening financial controls, and enhancing system integration to support a more efficient and scalable shared services model aligned with APAC and global frameworks. Working closely with business units, you will provide reliable financial support while driving continuous improvement across finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Oceania Shared Services, consolidating AR, AP, Billing, and Credit into a single operating model
• Standardise processes, policies, controls, and ERP systems (including Oracle Fusion where applicable) across the region
• Establish SLAs with stakeholders and ensure strong governance and compliance frameworks
• Oversee end-to-end Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Credit, including collections, credit risk management, and dispute resolution
• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and vendor processes, including invoicing, payments, and master data governance
• Drive automation, system integration, and continuous process improvement across finance operations
• Lead finance transformation initiatives and enhance reporting tools in partnership with IT and global teams
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, multi-location Shared Services team
• Ensure strong internal controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance
• Partner with Finance, Tax, and Commercial teams to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CA qualification preferred
• 10 plus years' experience in finance, with strong exposure to shared services or transactional finance leadership
• Experience leading finance transformation, integration, or large-scale change programs
• Strong background in AR, AP, Billing, Credit, and working capital management
• Experience in complex, multi-entity or multinational environments
• ERP experience (Oracle Fusion or similar) highly desirable
• Proven ability to lead and develop geographically dispersed teams
• Strong understanding of finance operations, internal controls, and governance
• Strong change management skills with a focus on process improvement and efficiency
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with attention to detail
• Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• High ethical standards with strong focus on compliance and confidentiality
