Coordinate material organization within the supermarket area to ensure smooth and efficient packing operations. Assign and maintain appropriate storage locations for materials, including updates of labels and system information. Monitor workload distribution across packing areas and adjust material placement accordingly. Maintain supermarket material data, including creation, changes, and removal in operational systems. Monitor SUT (Standard Unit of Transport) containers and ensure alignment between actual and target quantities. Resolve basic operational and system-related issues affecting packing activities. Perform simple stock and system corrections to ensure consistency between physical stock and system records. Coordinate resolution of missing material together with warehouse operations teams. Support investigation and correction of stock discrepancies. Cooperate with the Quality department regarding transport damage or delivery-related issues. Ensure compliance with internal operational procedures and quality standards.
High school education. Experience in warehouse or logistics operations - must have. Basic understanding of warehouse management processes. Experience with SAP or other warehouse management system. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and focus on data accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment. Good communication and coordination skills across multiple departments. Ability to prioritize operational issues and react quickly to changing situations. Communication in English as advantage. Willingness to work in a two-shift operation (launch of the second shift expected in September 2027).
