P&O Maritime Mozambique S.A. is currently looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Intern, based in Maputo, to join our team supporting key human capital initiatives across HR policies, learning & development, and strategic HR projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented and self-driven recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a structured HR environment, while contributing with a fresh market perspective and adding tangible value to ongoing initiatives.

Education:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Full professional fluency in both Portuguese and English (spoken and written) is required.

HR Knowledge:

• Foundational understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment and onboarding, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and employee experience.
• Strong knowledge of Mozambican Labour Legal framework, with preferred familiarity with International Maritime Labour Law and relevant regulations.

Technology Proficiency:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong digital acumen with familiarity in automation and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate), artificial intelligence tools, and HR systems.
• Familiarity with basic project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel trackers).
