Regional HR Data Analyst

DP World are currently recruiting for a Regional HR Data Analyst to join our team in central London. As a Regional HR Data Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and maintaining a scalable, consistent, and best-practice HR data infrastructure across the region.

Central to this role is ownership of the regional HR data warehouse, including its governance, optimisation, and ongoing development. You will design and enhance data models, build reporting solutions and dashboards using Power BI, and deliver data-driven insights that support HR and business strategy.

You will champion data governance and best practices, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance—particularly in relation to GDPR activities such as DPIAs, Employee Privacy Notices, and Records of Processing Activities (ROPA). You will also maintain core data assets, including the regional HR data dictionary and key master data structures.

Working closely with stakeholders across HR, IT, and the wider business, you will provide expert support, promote data literacy, and deliver training on tools and processes. The role also includes managing ad-hoc MI requests, supporting regulatory reporting, and maintaining key documentation such as SOPs, templates, and training materials.

Success in this role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

How you will contribute

  • Design and continuously improve the regional HR data structure to ensure scalability, consistency, and alignment with business needs
  • Own and optimise the regional HR data warehouse, ensuring strong governance, data integrity, and performance
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and other visualisation tools
  • Conduct regular data quality audits and implement improvements to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, including GDPR requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide insights, guidance, and support data-driven decision-making
  • Deliver ad-hoc MI and support regulatory reporting across the region
  • Create and maintain key documentation, including SOPs, templates, and training materials
  • Contribute to regional and global projects, including transformation initiatives and system enhancements
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and enhance the overall data experience

What you will bring

  • Experience in a data analyst or similar role, ideally within HR or people analytics
  • Strong skills in Power BI and Excel, with experience in data visualisation and reporting
  • Understanding of data modelling, data warehouses, and HR data structures
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data governance practices
  • Experience working with HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP, Darwinbox) is advantageous
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
