Responsibilities

  • Deliver Hands & Feets support for local IT infrastructure (desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, peripherals, etc.).
  • Perform all aspects of IMACD services:
    • Install: Set up and configure new hardware, install standard software, and connect to the network.
    • Move: Relocate devices and equipment between desks, rooms, or departments, ensuring proper reconnection and testing.
    • Add: Add new equipment, users, or accessories to existing setups.
    • Change: Modify configurations, upgrade systems, or reassign equipment based on user or business needs.
    • Delete: Decommission or remove devices from service, following secure disposal or return processes.
  • Handle workstation staging, including imaging, software deployment, asset tagging, and functional testing before delivery to end-users.
  • Collaborate with remote service desk and infrastructure teams for escalations, troubleshooting, and ticket resolution.
  • Track assets and update inventory systems with changes resulting from IMACD activities.
  • Provide timely and effective on-site technical support, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Maintain proper documentation of work performed, checklists, and service logs.
