Responsibilities:
- Support and customizing of existing installations in close coordination with our customers
- Close collaboration with product management, development, and other specialist departments
- Planning and implementation of software rollouts and updates
- Independent execution of assigned tasks
- Being multitasking ready to adjust work priorities to the needs of customers
- Problem analysis and solution for IT problems of our clients
