This role lasts initially for 6 months with possible extension, where only freelancing is available as form of cooperation.

Tasks and Responsibilities

In this exciting role, you manage the operational logistics activities to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of materials while maintaining product quality and safety.

You collaborate with internal teams, external suppliers, and transportation partners to perform supply chain processes.

Within the agreed logistic strategies, flows and processes, responsible to coordinate and monitor shipments from the storage sites to the CMOs.

Prepare shipment documentation

Ensure all required licenses and permits are in place prior to shipment.

Resolve logistic issues with all logistic partners to make sure products are delivered in due time and expected quality.

Perform transactions in SAP for the movement of vaccines related materials between sites.

Gather inventory information from vaccines related materials for periodic inventory reviews.

Review and approval of logistics suppliers invoices.

Oversee and manage inventories and supplies of temperature loggers and thermal blankets.

Assist in developing shipping procedures and general shipment guidelines.

Provide input for operations and business review meetings with Logistics suppliers.
