We're excited to offer an opportunity for a Shared Services Manager to join our Government & Integrated Facilities Management team, playing a vital role in delivering outstanding service outcomes. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll help shape service delivery that truly makes a difference - supporting communities and driving operational excellence every day.

What You'll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service outcomes across claims, call centre operations, and small works coordination.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as the trusted point of escalation.
• Drive process improvements and champion innovation to keep us ahead of the curve.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with KPIs and service standards.
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture where people feel supported and empowered.

What You'll Bring

• Degree-level qualification in Project Management, Property Management, Facility Management, Construction, or similar.
• Proven management experience, ideally within business process outsourcing or facilities/residential management.
• Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams through change.
• Strategic thinking and operational excellence, including KPI analysis and workforce planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
