The opportunity
To ensure that the works under contracts are delivered safely and profitably through the effective management of productivity and on-time service delivery to ensure contract KPI's are achieved, whilst proactively working towards developing and maintaining a high level of service that promotes and realises organic revenue and margin growth.
What you'll do
- Accountable for overseeing and optimising operations including management of field and back-office teams
- Collaborate with scheduling, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure availability of equipment, tools, and materials in the field
- Monitor, report on, and improve field performance metrics including safety incidents, quality rework, cost per unit, productivity, on-time service delivery, and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular field audits, site visits, and toolbox talks to engage with the workforce and enforce safety, quality, and customer service expectations

- High level people management and interpersonal skills enabling work with a wide variety of people and groups including corporate, government and clients;
- Strong commercial acumen with extensive service delivery experience in a large, diverse and complex operating environment
