Customer Field Officer
As a Customer Field Officer, you'll be responsible for delivering letters and testing meters across residential and commercial sites, while collecting accurate data and providing great customer service.
You'll be out in the field most days, managing your own schedule and ensuring each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
Key duties include:
- Performing basic maintenance and equipment checks
- Recording accurate information on handheld devices
- Providing excellent customer service on-site
- Reporting issues or hazards promptly to your Field Supervisor
What you'll bring:
- Current driver's license (mandatory)
- Experience in fieldwork, maintenance, utilities, or similar (preferred but not essential)
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
- Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-focused
