We're looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our Business Support Hub located in the Wainui depot. This role provides high-quality administrative and operational support across the business, helping ensure our depots and teams run efficiently and effectively.

Reporting to the Business Support Lead, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to operational and leadership teams
  • Managing filing systems, stationery, consumables, PPE and site access
  • Supporting onboarding and inductions for new starters
  • Coordinating travel, meetings, rooms, catering and site requirements
  • Assisting with financial administration including purchase orders and month-end processes
  • Providing front-of-house support and ensuring visitors comply with Zero Harm requirements
  • Supporting the smooth operation of the depot, including general site coordination

You'll be organised, proactive and enjoy supporting others. Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a business support or administration role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards or similar ERP systems (advantageous)
  • A current NZ Driver's Licence - preferred
