Process Engineer

As a Process Engineer you will be part of the Process Engineering department in Warsaw whilst collaborating with colleagues across the globe and taking part in the deployment of site manufacturing processes and the industrialization of new products.

What you will do:

  • Create and implement manufacturing instructions, manufacturing BOM, toolings, Poka Yoke, equipment for existing products
  • Learn, develop PE marking technologies knowledge & competencies through strong connection with the international PE team
  • Lead and/or contribute to a variety of manufacturing projects, ensuring that the processes are robust, efficient, and properly documented. These could be for new product introductions (NPI) or engineering changes of our current products
  • Work closely with our contract manufacturers (globally) to support the operational activity & optimize the current manufacturing infrastructure
  • Work in a global, cross-functional environment across multiple disciplines for effective execution
  • Support the new product introduction in production: labor, quality and schedule on track
  • Perform PFMEA's and implement Control Plan for product and production line
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Support Manufacturing, Field Service and Repair Centers
  • As part of the global organization, you will support other sites ad hoc

What you need to have:

  • Degree in engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering in technical industry
  • Proven experience in successful development of manufacturing processes
  • Basic project management skills
  • Good knowledge of methodologies: Six Sigma, lean, DFM/DFA, PFMEA, DOE, etc.
  • Good knowledge of CAD (Inventor& Creo)
  • Operational knowledge of mechanics and electricity
  • Knowledge of WindChill, JIRA, SAP would be an additional advantage
  • Fluent in English and Polish
  • Availability to travel internationally: 5%
