Work Timings: 1PM to 10PM

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking an experienced HR Compliance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company's HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with federal and state laws and regulations. The HR Compliance Specialist will work closely with internal HR teams and external auditors to ensure that all HR processes and procedures meet legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define report specifications, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to EEOC, VETS, AAP and SOC/SOX. Conduct regular review of HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, Ensure compliance with data privacy and security requirements.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot existing reports and dashboards for performance and usability. Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement corrective actions to address compliance gaps. Monitor and report on compliance-related metrics, including audit findings and corrective actions. Consult with HR business partners regarding system reports, integrations, and technology implementations.
