HR Business Partner - Switzerland

We are looking for our new HR BP (50-60%) based at our Headquarters in Vernier, Geneva, for the 1st of June 2026 or as soon as possible.
As a member of the Global HR team, you will be the Human Resources Business Partner for our HQ based in Vernier as well as our innovation operations in Marly (Fribourg) totaling 40+ employees. In your role you'll be accountable for the people & organizational plan, the employee life cycle and overseeing the HR Operations, including payroll.
What you will do:
- Provide strategic and operational HR advice and guidance across the 2 locations.
- Develop, deploy, and implement HR processes across the 2 sites.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness and talent strategy.
- Coach and support our people managers to enhance the performance, development and engagement of our teams.
- Support succession planning and pipeline development for critical roles.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to attract critical talent
- Lead organization design and development projects as determined by business needs, including M&A integration if required.
- You will support career growth, performance, development, and coaching for your managers.
- You will play an active role in HR transformation projects.
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues, e.g., disciplinary, and absences, etc.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
- Provide advice and guidance on reward topics including benchmarking, with people managers and employees.
- Accountable for the HR Operations Specialist with regards to process implementation, payroll, pension fund, and benefits.
- Monitor key workforce metrics including engagement, retention, capability, and leadership effectiveness.
What you need to have:
- Proven track record of a minimum 10 years as a HR Business Partner within a matrix, international and Operations focused organization.
- Solid understanding of employment law in Switzerland.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with the members of the management team up to the CEO.
- Confident in advising managers on all aspects of people management and development.
- A professional and commercial approach to HR, with the ability to deliver high employee satisfaction, appropriate development, and reward for individuals.
- Fully proficiency in English.
- Communication skills, results oriented, ownership, teamwork spirit, be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
