The Role: Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary interface for customers. You'll navigate our ERP system (SAP), our Sales Order Automation tool, as well as our B2B portal to process quotes, orders, returns, credits, and debits. Consistently deliver high quality service that instills customer confidence and loyalty.
*This is a temporary, 6 month contract* - Hybrid/remote working hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. preferred.
