- Responsible for articulating and executing the go-to-market strategy for growth initiatives and partnering with strategic clients
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to drive execution and excellence on behalf of merchant partners
- Analyze complex data sets and partner team feedback to provide insights and recommendations to leadership
- Play a critical role in driving growth and success for DoorDash Drive's Strategy & Operations team
- Steer the scaling and optimization of operations and quality across Drive

- Experience in consulting, strategy, business development/sales, or operations, preferably in a high-growth or early-stage startup environment
- Ability to independently drive workstreams from start to completion with little oversight
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to provide actionable recommendations from complex datasets
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and a strong bias for action
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and balancing attention to detail with swift execution
