✨ About The Role
- Responsible for leading end-to-end consumer growth within the alcohol business at DoorDash
- Define, execute, and optimize growth initiatives to provide customers with an excellent shopping experience
- Dive into data to analyze growth product performance, changes in customer behavior, and define key growth opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with merchandising, growth, and product teams to implement growth strategies
- Report to the GM of Alcohol on the New Verticals team

- Experienced leader with a track record of success in high-performance cultures, ideally in tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or related fields
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and detailed levels, able to dive into data and make decisions based on insights
- Thrives in ambiguous, startup environments and enjoys rapid change and learning
- Analytical mindset, comfortable using data to drive decisions and comfortable with tools like SQL and Excel
- Customer-focused with the ability to identify consumer pain points and develop strategies to enhance the consumer experience
