- Responsibilities include partnering with key business vertical leaders, addressing daily challenges, and aligning business and talent strategies
- Expertise in Org Planning, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Talent Management, Compensation, and Talent Development are critical for success in this role
- The role reports to the Senior Director overseeing the Technical HR Team and involves shaping the future growth of DoorDash Engineering

- Experienced HR professional with 8+ years of HR or equivalent business experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-performance culture
- Strong expertise in Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Experience, Talent and Performance Management, Total Rewards, and Employee Relations
- Proven track record of building diverse and engaged teams, with a focus on driving business goals and results
- Excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
- Ability to think critically, anticipate issues, and proactively provide long-term solutions
