✨ About The Role
- Focus on enabling business growth by driving labor efficiency at the market level for DashMart
- Analyze operations data, deploy strategic workflow design, and facilitate internal processes related to Labor for field operations teams
- Collaborate with multiple teams including engineering, product, design, operations, finance, and marketing to build the new line of business for DoorDash
- Responsible for developing strategies to best serve customers and assessing operational and financial impacts of decisions
- Report to a Manager within the New Business Verticals organization
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced in expanding businesses, with 2-4+ years of relevant experience in tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or related fields
- Comfortable working with diverse teams and solving complex problems using data as a source of truth
- Proficient in Excel and SQL for data analysis and modeling, with experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Sigma, etc.
- Excited about being creative, working through problems, and defining processes
- Enjoys working at both high-level strategy and minute operational details
