- Focus on scaling DoorDash's next billion-dollar business, DashMart, by optimizing labor efficiency, real estate portfolio, and supply chain analytics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy & Operations, Local Operations teams, finance, and more to drive growth initiatives
- Analyze data around labor, supply chain, site performance, and workflow design to improve quality and reduce costs
- Play a critical role in building a new type of convenience store offering household essentials, groceries, and local restaurant favorites
- Hybrid work model with in-person collaboration a few times a year, with all offices open for regular basis work

- Experienced professional with 2-4+ years of successful business expansion in tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or related fields
- Skilled in data analysis, comfortable with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI
- Thrives in undefined processes, excels at defining scope and processes, and enjoys working with diverse teams
- Creative problem solver who can operate at both detailed and strategic levels
- Holds a BS/BA Degree and is passionate about achieving high levels of efficiency and reducing costs
