✨ About The Role
- Develop, test, and implement CRM strategies to improve Dasher onboarding conversion and new Dasher experience
- Experiment with new strategies and CRM tactics to enhance the quality of new Dashers and provide a personalized end-user experience
- Collaborate with various teams to lead the go-to-market communications strategy for new features in the Dasher onboarding flow
- Manage end-to-end development and execution of email, SMS, push, and in-app campaigns
- Analyze campaign results, develop benchmarks, and create regular performance reports
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced in lifecycle, email, or retention marketing with at least 4 years of relevant experience
- Skilled in creating data-driven marketing campaigns and driving business results through cross-channel marketing
- Proficient in stakeholder management, interpersonal skills, and managing complex CRM technology
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask effectively
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
