✨ About The Role
- Responsible for testing, deployment, and logging of new advanced technologies related to robotics and automation
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to improve the product, including hardware, product, software, and business operations teams
- Execute and document tests to verify autonomous technologies, understanding behavior, product capabilities, issues, and requirements
- Ensure high levels of safety, efficiency, and reliability of new products through rigorous attention to process, testing programs, and checklists
- Work outside and from various offices around the Bay Area, reporting into the Operations Supervisor and being a core member of the Field Operations Team
âš¡ Requirements
- Experience in live Field Operations for deployment of products, especially related to autonomous vehicles, is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and process skills are necessary for following schedules and ensuring efficiency and reliability of new products
- Comfortable working outside and operating micro-mobility vehicles
- Ability to manage live tests actively in transport, deployment, and safety
- Familiarity with ticketing tools to collect feedback, schedule fixes, and track progress is a plus
