✨ About The Role
- Responsible for executing initiatives that fuel consumer discovery on DoorDash by operationalizing engaging marketing campaigns and innovative experiments
- Manage day-to-day operations of in-app campaign setup, including creation and localization of assets, configuring target audiences, and A/B experiments
- Collaborate across internal marketing and operations teams to maintain documentation, communicate project status, and adhere to deadlines
- Thoroughly review and test campaigns to ensure they meet design standards and merchandising guidelines, keeping the user experience in mind
- Build documentation, conduct trainings, and become an expert on consumer-first merchandising principles and internal tooling to lead cross-functional processes and forums

- Detail-oriented individual with 1-2 years of experience in marketing, ads, or platform operations, eager to expand skill set
- Highly organized with the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative problem-solving approach
- Meticulous with a keen attention to detail and a quick learner excited to build expertise with new marketing tools
- Comfortable working with data in excel/google sheets and willing to learn basic SQL
