- Lead high visibility, cross-functional projects to address unique and challenging questions within the Drive International business
- Analyze complex data sets and partner team feedback to provide insights and recommendations to leadership
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to refine platform capabilities and align company-wide resources
- Execute product testing and roll-outs on the ground with merchant partners to optimize operations and quality
- Unearth US best practices and operationalize them abroad, while maintaining a strong customer-first mindset

- Experienced professional with a background in complex or high-growth environments, ideally with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to work independently and manage global projects with colleagues overseas on a daily basis
