- Responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to grow the Drive Restaurant verticals business
- Lead the growth strategy for the sector in a commercially viable manner, focusing on operational and financial metrics
- Build and scale processes to support rapid onboarding of merchants and empower sales teams to effectively sell Drive products
- Conduct data-driven analysis to identify improvement opportunities, run tests, and continuously enhance business performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, and other teams to drive business growth and achieve strategic goals

- Experienced professional with at least 5-8 years in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, banking, analytics, or related fields
- Proven track record of leading projects, achieving goals, and thriving in a team environment
- Ability to seamlessly transition between strategic planning and tactical execution
- Strong communication skills tailored to different audiences and levels of detail
- Skilled in Excel for complex functions and modeling, with basic knowledge of SQL
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage complex projects and drive high-level goals into actionable plans
