✨ About The Role
- Lead marketplace growth initiatives and drive efficiencies across all sides of the marketplace to maximize top-line and bottom-line performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Product, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, and Sales to achieve team goals
- Develop and bring new products and strategies to market, integrating value propositions into the restaurant ecosystem
- Become an expert in running a sustainable marketplace business and creating value for all stakeholders
- Report to the Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations, and work within the Rx Growth team to build sustainable growth for restaurant partners
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced problem solver with a background in consulting, tech, banking, or analytics, able to tackle big and ambiguous challenges
- Strong analytical skills with a history of data analysis and experience in financial or operational modeling using Excel or Google Sheets
- Skilled in stakeholder management across various levels, from front-line employees to senior executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as engineering, mathematics, or business
