✨ About The Role
- Focus on enabling business growth by identifying and executing strategic roadmap to drive labor efficiency at the market level
- Analyze operations data, deploy strategic workflow design, and facilitate internal processes to impact field operations teams
- Collaborate with multiple teams including engineering, product, design, operations, finance, and marketing to build a new line of business for DoorDash
- Responsible for developing strategies to best serve customers, assessing operational and financial impacts of decisions, and iterating based on data
- Report to a Manager within the New Business Verticals organization and work in a hybrid model with occasional in-person collaboration opportunities

- Experienced professional with 6-8+ years of relevant experience in expanding businesses, tech, operations, strategy, consulting, or banking
- Comfortable working with diverse teams and solving complex problems using data as a source of truth
- Proficient in Excel and SQL for data analysis and modeling, with experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Sigma, etc.
- Passionate about defining and optimizing processes, with a focus on labor efficiency and strategic growth
- Excited about being creative, getting into the details, and thinking long-term to drive business success
