✨ About The Role
- Responsible for owning the Rewards, Ratings, and Sentiment lifecycle communication programs
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve Dasher quality, retention, and satisfaction
- Collaborate with various teams to lead the go-to-market communications strategy for new programs
- Manage end-to-end development and execution of email, SMS, push, and in-app campaigns
- Analyze campaign results, develop benchmarks, and create regular performance reports
