- Collaborate with engineering lead and product manager to set the strategy that moves the business metrics and grows the business
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced ML Engineer with a background in developing optimization models and serving in a tech lead role
- Strong educational background with an M.S. or PhD. in Statistics, Computer Science, Math, or related quantitative field
- Proficient in natural language processing techniques, big data analysis, and machine learning libraries like SciKit Learn and Spark MLLib
- Skilled in productionizing and A/B testing different machine learning models to drive business metrics
- Familiarity with advanced causal inference techniques and contextual bandit algorithms preferred
