✨ About The Role
- Develop and deploy ML models and optimization programs to automate spend allocation across Dasher supply levers
- Work on forecasting Dasher actions in high dimensional contexts to improve supply management systems
- Own the end-to-end process of model ideation, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to iterate on models and drive business growth
- Measure business impact through experimentation, making complex tradeoffs to balance different sides of the marketplace

- Experienced in developing advanced machine learning models with business impact, ideally in a marketplace setting
- Strong background in machine learning and OSS ML technologies such as Spark, PyTorch, and Airflow
- Comfortable working with complex systems like Marketplaces and have expertise in areas like Machine Learning, ML Ops, Causal Inference, and Operations Research
- Ability to take ownership of projects, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and drive impact through rapid experimentation
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, adaptable, and resilient with a growth mindset
