✨ About The Role
- Lead the Marketing Analytics team to provide insights for marketing business and product leaders
- Define strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency of media performance
- Build analytics experiments, reports, and dashboards using SQL, R, Python, or other tools
- Collaborate with Product & Operations teams to automate marketing efforts
- Present findings in meetings and business reviews with executive team and founders
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced leader with a Master's or Ph.D. in Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar domain
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or related quantitative roles
- Proficient in media mix modeling, marketing measurement and attribution, targeting and creative optimization, and various statistical analyses
- Skilled in using analytics tools, ETL, A/B Testing, and statistical analysis with packages like Matlab, R, SAS, or Python
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems in a structured, hypothesis-driven, data-supported manner
