- Lead the vision and strategy for the Fraud team at DoorDash, focusing on efficiency and growth targets across all three sides of the marketplace
- Collaborate with Consumer Experience, Marketplace, and New Verticals teams to develop nuanced solutions to complex problems
- Drive the creation of new products and services, determine resource allocation, and ensure a best-in-class experience for customers and merchants

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and making data-driven decisions to achieve desired outcomes

- Strong operator with a talent for managing complex projects and implementing processes to increase efficiency
- Excels at summarizing complex problems, distilling meaningful metrics from data, and using tools like Excel and SQL
