- Lead a P&L focused on growing penetration of first-party products with merchants on the DoorDash marketplace
- Develop optimal strategies to enable merchants to build their first-party channels, identify growth levers, and set goals for cross-functional teams
- Incubate new solutions to solve merchant problems and identify opportunities for growth
- Partner with Sales, tech, and centralized teams to ensure processes and systems are in place for continued growth
- Lead a cross-functional team to drive growth by collaborating with various departments and setting a clear path forward to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
