✨ About The Role
- Responsible for building the platform foundation to enable scaling, transforming Ads & Promos campaign lifecycle, and creating self-serve tools for driving GMV growth
- Develop processes to improve operations and processes for various teams including Ad Operations, Sales, Product, Strategy & Operations, and Accounting
- Implement and scale operations through offshore resources, automation tools, and streamlined end-to-end processes
- Build live campaign monitoring and optimization strategies to drive incremental revenue and enhance advertiser performance
- Enhance billing, invoicing, and support processes, manage internal escalation channels, and implement automation to keep up with demand

- Experienced in strategy & operations, ad operations, product management, business operations, or management consulting, preferably in the advertising or ad tech industry
- Skilled problem solver who excels in developing plans for difficult problems without needing a playbook
- Process-driven individual with a knack for driving operational improvements by understanding details at a low level
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats, working on various projects, and collaborating across different teams and workstreams
- Proficient in analytical tools like Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and a quick learner of various tech platforms
