- Proficient in SQL and exceptional analytical skills in Excel/Google Sheets, with the ability to quickly learn new tech platforms
- Comfortable managing multiple projects, hitting deadlines, and leading projects to deliver insights needed to achieve business goals in a fast-paced environment
- Process-driven and excels in driving operational improvements by understanding problems at a low level and developing solutions
- Thrives in solving ambiguous problems, enjoys diving into challenges without a playbook, and formulating plans based on data
