✨ About The Role
- Develop and execute strategies to best serve customers in the Grocery, Convenience, and Alcohol business, with a focus on both short-term and long-term success
- Work closely with internal and external partners to execute on growth plans and drive profitability in the designated business verticals
- Lead 0 to 1 opportunities, create roadmaps for future growth, and determine resource allocation to achieve desired outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, sales, and operations to launch new products and services and expand the Total Addressable Market (TAM)
- Act as a first-principles thinker, solving problems in innovative ways and driving the business forward with a focus on continuous improvement and growth

- Experienced professional with 3-4 years of relevant industry experience, capable of strategizing, operating, and building to drive growth and profitability in the Grocery, Convenience, and Alcohol business
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and drive business outcomes
- Effective communicator who can collaborate across various teams and disciplines to bring new products and services to merchants
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, acts with urgency, and is relentless in pursuing success
- Previous experience in people management and team development, with a track record of building and leading successful teams
