Our team's vision is to create make DashPass the #1 subscription by creating must-have benefits for DashPass members that drive angle-changing DashPass sign-ups and improved retention for existing members. We do this by incubating new benefit experiments across savings, access, and service then rigorously measuring and iterating on them until we've created something valuable enough to offer to members.
We're seeking an Associate to support rapid experimentation and learning across our DashPass benefits experiments. This role's responsibilities will include leading new campaign set-up, building dashboards, ad hoc user research, and analytical deep-dives. This person will work closely with our data scientists, engineers, marketing, research, and product to support new experiments.
You will report into a Strategy & Operations Manager on our DashPass Benefits team in our US Marketplace organization.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
Build. You'll have your fingerprints all over DashPass benefit experiments. You'll do whatever it takes to support the experiment launch, get 1% better every day, and help test something completely new.
Optimize. You'll help create new processes that keep us on-track and executing at a high-level. When needed, you'll help automate manual tasks using SQL, spreadsheets, and AI.
Experiment. You'll support rapid experimentation across the team and even pitch your own experiments, translating consumer problems into opportunities that grow DashPass.
Analyze. You'll get to the lowest level of detail across every project, from new dashboards to an ad hoc readout on experiment results. You will help us get smarter.
We're excited about you because…
You're analytical. You let data win arguments, and you're comfortable pulling your own data in SQL, building a dashboard, or modeling in Excel.
You're a strong communicator. You are concise, can craft clear summaries, and you communicate effectively with cross functional partners.
You solve problems from first principles. You're excited to solve problems in innovative ways, and you resist "this is how it's always been done" thinking.
You're gritty. You don't shy away from hard problems and you work iteratively to solve them.
You have 2+ years of experience. You've succeeded in high-performance cultures (whether in tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or a related experience).
