- The Operations Analyst will report directly to the Head of Operations and be part of the Operations team.
- This role involves performing analysis of customer reviews and running analytics across the Customer Success and Operations organization.
- The analyst will participate in the ideation process for improving the product and internal CRM to enhance customer self-service options.
- They will execute improvements to internal processes and systems, including tools like Zendesk and Hubspot.
- The role includes creating reports and visualizations based on ad-hoc analytics requests.
- The analyst will be responsible for customer-facing FAQs and chatbot content, as well as agent-facing knowledge materials.
- They will lead and support cross-functional projects and develop project plans for initiatives.
- The analyst will provide business insights and recommendations based on data to drive strategy and growth.
