✨ About The Role
- Responsible for developing and executing doola's outbound sales function, focusing on lead generation and the full sales cycle
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects, deliver presentations on company products, and track sales activities in doola's CRM system
- Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments and maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Develop strong relationships with prospects and customers, meet and exceed quotas, and coordinate with other team members to optimize the sales effort
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced sales professional with 2-4+ years of sales experience, preferably in a startup environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, managing customer relationships, and developing strong interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, owning the full sales cycle and generating new leads
