Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Technical support on-site: Starting, maintaining, and troubleshooting compressed air filtration systems at customer locations, with a focus on optimal performance and reliability.
  • Training and education of customers: Providing practical training to customers and service teams on the correct use, maintenance, and safety of compressed air filtration solutions.
  • Aftermarket service & upgrades: Supporting sales by recommending repairs and system improvements. Replacing/repairing parts to optimize the operation of the installation.
  • Diagnosis & fault analysis: Investigating malfunctions/defects, performing root cause analyses, and reporting findings to engineering and product development teams.
  • Documentation & reporting: Preparing detailed service reports, recording maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Customer relationship management: Building strong customer relationships by providing responsive, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented service.
  • Collaboration with sales & engineering: Working closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and with engineering to provide insights from the field for product improvements.

Minimum requirements:

  • Technical diploma (MTS or equivalent), preferably in automotive technology, installation technology, or similar.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Valid driver’s license (category B) – required to work at various customer locations in the Benelux.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package.

Bonus points if you have:

  • VCA-Basic certificate
  • Siemens PLC software
