Sie sind ein Organisationstalent und möchten Verantwortung in einem internationalen Umfeld übernehmen?

Als Service Coordinator (m/w/d) / Auftrags- und Servicekoordination unterstützen Sie unser Service-Team am Standort Haan bei der Auftragsabwicklung, Kundenkommunikation und Einsatzplanung. Die Position ist im Rahmen einer Elternzeitvertretung für mindestens 2 Jahre zu besetzen – eine ideale Chance, Ihr Können in einer spannenden Rolle einzubringen.

Ihre Aufgaben

1. Sie übernehmen die Auftragsabwicklung, überwachen Termine und kümmern sich um die Rechnungsstellung
2. Sie planen Serviceeinsätze und sind zentrale Schnittstelle zu unseren Servicetechnikern und Geschäftspartnern
3. Sie koordinieren die Materialversorgung, verfolgen Lieferzeiten und pflegen eine übersichtliche KPI-Liste
4. Sie erstellen Bestellungen und Angebote in SharePoint und halten Kundendaten aktuell
5. Sie kommunizieren schriftlich und telefonisch mit unseren Kunden und bearbeiten Reklamationen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
• Erste Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position ist von Vorteil
• Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics 365 wünschenswert
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
• Sie sind ein Teamplayer, kommunikationsstark und haben Freude daran, Abläufe zu organisieren
