We are looking for a colleague to play a key role in the area of customer service and to support the processes across logistics, purchasing, and planning. This position is ideal for a candidate with strong communication skills, customer orientation, and the ability to effectively coordinate multiple areas at the same time.

What you will be doing:

• Communicating with customers, resolving requests, orders, and complaints.
• Coordinating deliveries and logistics operations with an emphasis on meeting deadlines and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with purchasing, planning, and warehouse teams to ensure the smooth progress of orders.
• Analyzing customer service and logistics data to identify opportunities for improvement and savings.

Knowledge and skills you should have:

• Minimum secondary education.
• Knowledge of working on a PC – MS Office (especially Excel).
• Good communication level.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Customer orientation and problem-solving ability.

We also prefer:

• Experience in customer service or logistics.
• Knowledge of working with data and analytical thinking.
• Knowledge of Oracle or another ERP system.
