Location: Amata City Rayong, Thailand

Responsibilities:

• Ensures all raw materials/products meet specification requirements.
• Feedback when conformities and discrepancies occurred from raw material and ensure that effective actions have been taken in proper time to close all issues.
• Coordinates with subcontractors and vendors to improve the quality of raw materials/products.
• Supplier process monitoring and control.
• Establish cost reduction programs for raw materials.
• Ensures subcontractors and critical materials vendors develop and standard quality system.
• Encourages vendors to implement ship to stock program.
• Periodically perform process and plant audit at subcontractor and follow up for corrective action.
• Develops specifications and inspection system/procedures for IQA inspectors.
• Review quality data, investigating root causes and ensure corrective action are taken.
• Trains and supervises IQA inspectors to perform all material inspections.
• Manage all IQA equipment/tool include equipment repair and PM.
• Summarize data and/or report from supplier quality performance.
• Participate and assist in selection of new supplier.
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of advanced quality planning with selected future product suppliers.
• Manage and maintain supplier quality control system. Supports the reliability test and failure analysis for qualified lots.
• Monitors subordinate practices and verify internal audit results.

Requirements:

• Education Qualification: BS or BE in Electronic, Physics, Chemistry or related field.

Technical Competence & Skills:

• QA background with ISO-9000 experience
• Expert in statistical process control
• Regression and correlation
• Sampling Plan
• Process Capability Analysis
• Effective communication and negotiation
• Quality Control, Measurement and Data Analytical Skills
• Computer Literacy and HR Skills

Relevant Experience:

• Experience in Electronics Manufacturing or HDD field.
• SQE experience more than 3 years.

Others:

• Good command both written and spoken English and Thai.
• Able to travel abroad.
