Are you a technician in the field of refrigeration or electromechanical, passionate about fieldwork and client contact? Join our team as a Technician After-Sales Service Itinerant and intervene on cutting-edge industrial equipment in the compressed air sector. After a comprehensive training on our products, you will be fully autonomous to ensure the commissioning, maintenance, and technical follow-up of our equipment at our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the commissioning of compressed air dryers on client sites.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
- Carry out visits as part of maintenance contracts.
- Diagnose breakdowns and propose corrective actions.
- Write intervention reports via a provided tablet.
- Manage your interventions autonomously from a schedule transmitted by the After-Sales Service team.
- Ensure a good relationship with clients during interventions.
- Maintain a high level of service quality and client satisfaction.
- Participate occasionally in interventions outside your sector according to the workload.
- Apply safety rules and internal procedures during interventions.
Geographical area covered:
- Sector Lyon South/North/Burgundy: 01, 03, 15, 21, 25, 39, 42, 43, 58, 63, 70, 71, 89, 38, 69, 73, 74.
- Occasional national trips according to planning and client needs.
- Travels: Up to 80% within your sector + occasionally in France.
Minimum qualifications:
- Diploma Bac+2 minimum in refrigeration (BTS Refrigeration) or electromechanical.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in industrial maintenance (preventive and/or corrective).
- Valid B permit indispensable (service vehicle provided).
- Basic knowledge of electricity, mechanics, and reading technical plans.
- Good ability to work autonomously in the field.
- Ability to write simple and clear reports.
Preferred qualifications:
- Confirmed experience in an itinerant environment (after-sales service, on-site maintenance).
- Knowledge of compressed air treatment equipment or HVAC.
- Mastery of the use of tablets or digital reporting tools.
- Good client relationship and service sense.
- Diligence, responsiveness, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and a taste for autonomous work while integrating into a technical team.
Service vehicle, mobile phone, and tablet provided.
