The Customer Service Representative III is responsible for managing order processing and order fulfillment for both large and small OEM customers and aftermarket distributors within the aerospace and defense industry. This role requires a strong customer-centric approach, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and relationship management. Qualified candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule at our Bloomington, MN office.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts by understanding their business needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments—including operations, manufacturing, and quality—to resolve customer concerns and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Anticipate customer needs and provide timely updates regarding order status, delays, or changes. Ensure clear and consistent communication both internally and externally.
  • Take ownership of assigned customer accounts to understand their business, priorities, and expectations.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure compliance with AS9100 and/or ISO quality standards. Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with certification requirements.
  • Manage and maintain technical data related to customer part numbers, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for order processing and support.
  • Provide customer-specific work instructions and support peer education to ensure team alignment and successful execution of customer orders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service or account management experience
  • Proficiency in ERP (preferably Oracle) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Aerospace & Defense experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with AS9100 and ISO quality standards.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Hourly Pay Range: $24.08 - $30.09, depending on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.

This position is overtime eligible as per state and federal regulations.
