Customer Service Rep

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative in High Ridge, United States! We're looking for a friendly and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. In this role, you'll be the face of our company, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our computer system
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and a solution-oriented approach
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed to support overall business operations
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
  • Ability to follow directions and adhere to company protocols
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with order processing systems
  • Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
  • Stress management skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we provide training!
